Our goal is to provide high-quality, affordable rental housing for all seniors, including those with disabilities. A number of units in the Laguna are reserved for residents with specific disabilities including HIV/AIDS status or other disabling chronic health conditions.
A Resident Service Coordinator employed by Project New Hope maintains on-site office hours and is available at no cost to assist residents with disabilities who desire supportive services in order to improve their lives.
Following an introductory interview between the resident and Service Coordinator, the Service Coordinator will identify third party service providers
